Current Openings:
Accountant / Tax Manager (Revenue share Available)
- Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services for assigned business clients. Strong QuickBooks Online experience required.
- ProAdvisor certification preferred.
- Work directly with clients and menage ongoing accounting needs.
- Earn up to 50% of revenue generated from clients you service.
- Opportunity to build a recurring client portfolio.
Tax Preparer
- Prepare individual and business tax returns.
- Assist clients with tax questions and planning.
- Experience with Drake Tax or similar tax software preferred.
- Individual and/or business tax experience preferred.
- Seasonal and year-round opportunities available.
Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
- Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
- Work in QuickBooks Online
- ProAdvisior certification preferred.
- Assist with financial reporting
- Help maintain accurate client accounting records.
- Support tax and accounting engagements.
Administrative Support
- Client intake and coordination.
- Coomunicate with clients regarding documents and appointments.
- Collect and organize tax and accounting documents.
- Schedulling and general administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
What we're looking for:
- Tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Drake, or similar software is a plus
- Knowledge of IRS and NYS, NYC, NJ and PA tax requirements is a plus
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellent client service
